Benefits

WHY WE SHOULD WORK TOGETHER ON YOUR NEXT PROJECT

No Sub Contracts

All the photographs you see on this website were produced by one photographer, me.

Social Skills Matter

I am curious by nature and you’ll soon forget that there’s a camera between us.

Attention To Detail

Sure, everyone claims that they pay attention to the details, but it all starts with careful planning.

Technical Skills

Owning a camera no more makes one a photographer than owning a hammer makes one a carpenter.

Creativity

The Way I See It… is more than a memorable tagline, it’s a unique vision.

Experience Never Grows Old

Over 20 years of successfully completing work, both in the studio and on-location.

About

HOW DID I GET HERE?

I was made in Spain but raised and educated in Canada. As a Toronto based photographer with both Canadian and E.U. passports, my fluency in English, French and Spanish, I believe, has played a subtle but influential role in my creative development and world view.

When I first embarked on this adventure, owning the label of Photographer was something that I struggled with for many years. It sounded so pretentious. Then one day, while on assignment, a stranger approached me and asked if I considered myself to be an artist. Wow!
I answered YES.

STILL CURIOUS?

Let’s be honest, anyone with a camera can take a snapshot, you could do it yourself, but that’s not why you’re here. You recognize that there is a difference in quality between what you’ll produce and the results you expect from a Professional Photographer.

Furthermore, “How much do you charge for a photograph?” or “What’s your Hourly Rate?” may sound like simple questions, with a straight forward answer, but with few exceptions, every project is different. You’d be wise to base your hiring decisions on the photographer’s experience, unique point of view and personal qualities.

Yes, but you still want some basic numbers, right?

In Their Own Words

A picture may be worth a thousand words but I asked my customers for just a few and this is what they had to say.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Graduating during a pandemic meant no crossing the stage to get any photos - I'm glad to have found Miguel. He made sure that I was satisfied with the results. He was very communicative during the entire process and made sure I was comfortable during the shoot. When rain caught up to us suddenly, he tried to make the most of it but eventually suggested a re-shoot of some of the areas. The post edits of the photos were phenomenal as well. You couldn't tell we shot during an overcast day! I also appreciated our conversations about conservation and social justice issues. His daughter who I've met during the first day was also lovely, kind, and pleasant. All in all, Miguel made the entire process painless. I enjoyed working with him and will definitely come back for my future photoshoot needs. Highly recommend. Thank you!!!
